“Food Service Direct was very convenient and prompt. The delivery was seamless and packed very well for transit. The only unfortunate part of the transaction was the Tyson Spicy Chicken and Waffle sandwiches were low quality and nothing like the images or memory of having tried them already. I had sampled them [twice] at a recent food show where they were first introduced to the retail grocery trade and of course, they were no less than great. What ends up on our plates as consumers is entirely different. Big shout out to Food Service Direct. Great service.”

“An order of frozen breakfast patties somehow took forever to get here and when it did, they were unfrozen, the box was damaged, etc. FSD was great about a refund. We took photos of it and sent them, they put in a claim to UPS and we were refunded quickly. Great service!”

“Very happy with the service, I ordered a refrigerated product and it arrived in a cooler with ice packs in perfect condition. It's very nice to be able to order special products and get them delivered directly to home. “I bought a ketchup pump. It was fine and reasonably priced. I did not expect daily emails. If I need something else I will let you know. I do not want to be your email friend. More is not better.”

“Unfortunately the dry ice was melted ans 1/4 of the product had melted out. They weren’t able to rush me a replacement for free by my event which was disappointing, but they were able to give me a full refund. The rest of rhe product was soft but frozen enough to salvage and it tasted good.”
