“My order of delicate gluten free English muffins arrived in 98° Florida heat boxed in dry ice. As far as I know this is the only company that ships breads in dry ice. Yes, I likely paid more for shipping. I ordered the same muffins from another company last year. They arrived in crumbs and moldy. The muffins from FoodServiceDirect were cold and perfect.”

“Best pre-formed pizza dough, so easy to defrost and top with sauce and toppings. Great for pizza parties especially if you have a pizza oven. Dough lasts up to 6 months in the freezer!”

“My biscuits arrived thawed but they rectified the situation immediately sent out new and they arrived still frozen and in time for when I needed them. Will use them again in the future. Good people to deal with.”
