“Badly overpriced and way overvalued - they mark things up by a factor of 3-4 times what they cost and cannot even manage to send ice cream with dry ice in the summer - no way that I can recommend this rip off company - do it yourself - save money big time and get real service.”

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear there was an issue with your order upon delivery. It is always our hope that all orders arrive without any issues. I do see that my colleague issued you a refund for the damaged items on 06/20/2023 to the original form of payment. We do report all issues to the warehouse when items arrived thawed and damaged to prevent this from happening again in the future. “Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the website never showed when it was shipped or when to expect it. The popcorn did arrive within about 10 days with no problem. Would definitely order again.”

“Fantastic job shipping me a case of a locally hard to find food product. My item was nice and cold even though it’s right in the middle of summer here in the south. My only knock was the price was a little high but not too much. Will definitely order from here again.”

“We found a product that was hard find, and we got a lot of it. But when we got the item which was meat, it was luke warm. All the freezer packs were liquid. I order items all the time in freezer packs and this is the only time it was such a let down.”

“I bought a single order of 10 Ben & Jerry's pints of a specific flavor that I was a a fave and unavailable locally or at Amazon. The order arrived in good condition after several days in transit in a special container with dry ice. The price was double what it used to cost when available at Walmart. What arrived? I discovered that flavor had been changed by the manufacturer and many other people also complained about that. Therefore, I will no longer order that. I doubt that I will order anything else from your company because of the added cost of going so compared to shopping locally. Thank you for asking.”

“I purchased Dungeness Crab clusters, 25lbs and they were received in great condition, frozen in the perfect packaging to keep them frozen throughout the trip, and they were fresh tasting and really delicious. I have ordered another box for my grandkids that lives in Huntsville AL, and they are eagerly awaiting their arrival next week.... I am looking forward to doing a lots more business with Food Service Direct.....”
