“Product arrived very late after several delays. Product was supposed to remain refrigerated, It arrived sloppy and hot!. I will not return for another experience and have already found and alternative method to avoid such.”

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. I do apologize your order arrived in less-than-perfect condition. I looked at your order and see that one of our customer service agents sent you an email notifying you of a possible UPS delay. if your order arrived damaged to reach out to us and we would be happy to help. We have not had a response back from you as of yet. If you do not see our email please check your spam folder for any order updates. Because of this UPS delay, I have refunded you the cost of the order. Refunds can take up 2-3 business days to credit to your account.

“I love Pim's orange biscuits (soft cookies) because they are so fresh when you get them directly from the bakery in France. Although the delivery time they say the cookies will arrive seems long, they often arrive much earlier. The delivery service could have done better this time (they left the carton on the front bench where they got soaked by the rain before I got them), but because the cookies are wrapped inside each box, they were fine. These are a treat that I order for myself!”

“We have ordered the catfish for the 2nd time. It was just as good the second time as the first. Definitely recommended if you are going to have a fish fry. Don't mess around and try another brand first, The Price is Right, the Taste is awesome, and you can't go wrong.”

“I ordered unhoney. It came solidified and unusable. I contacted FoodService Direct only to be told it was an issue with the manufacturer and I should contact them. I did but never got a response. I bought from YOU, not the manufacturer. You could have refunded my purchase and contacted the manufacturer since you buy from them. I felt the customer service was awful. You don't return a bad TV to the manufacturer, you take it back to the store where you bought it!”

“I can’t get my much loved Sara Lee coffee cake where I live. I’m so thankful that I found it here and it was packed perfectly, kept cold and delivered promptly. I stored the boxes in another freezer and am able to enjoy my coffee cake whenever I desire! Thank you Food Service Direct!”

“I got 4 cases of chocolate Blue Bunny 4 oz cups on sale and the food cost $149. Thankful! Shipping and handling cost $50. Sent on dry ice in styro chests. The dry ice bags were empty, so I don't know how solid the ice cream was. The shipper delivered after the church staff had left for the day and I realize this is beyond your control. I got to the church within 45 min. and discovered our pastor was still there and had his son take the packages to the kitchen freezer.”
