“Food Service Direct has provided quality service and given me the opportunity to purchase items not available year round. One example is cranberries that do not appear on produce shelves other than in the fall and early winter. They also provide items not available locally such as rhubarb in the southwest. Both cranberries and rhubarb are available frozen year round as two examples. Bravo FSD !”

“I ordered the mini hot dogs with buns for a birthday party. I'm not a fan of hot dogs until now. These were by far the best tasting hot dogs ever. Cooked up well, convenient, all in all a hit. The service in ordering was wonderful. I will be reordering soon. Just to have them on hand.”

“The products I ordered are trusted, commercial grade icings that I used to work with and I was very happy to have them at home as a cottage baker! However I was given a large tub of icing that was short dated while the other one still has a few months left. The shipping sticker was put over all the i greediest info and the shelf date, thankfully I could see the date through the label, but nothing else. Otherwise I am happy with the icing and the time of shipping.”

“I know you have to protect the product in transit... with all the cold packs you use is there not sometype of container thatcan be used beside styrofoam? I'm hugely taken aback by having to discard these big styrofoam containers to trash.”

“I think the item’s picture was deceptive. I thought I was ordering cups and lids because that’s what was pictured. It was only cups when they arrived. I was going to return them but customer service says I couldn’t because the box was opened and I would incur fees to ship back if it was unopened. I won’t be ordering again.”

“I ordered a bulk volume of Beyond Burgers (400) for my annual private Labor Day Monday Cookout via Food Service Direct.
