“The product arrived on time but 70% damaged. The outside packaging was not damaged, however, the inside packaging had been damaged and tapped over, which means there was prior knowledge that damaged products ware being shipped out. Although it took 4 days of communication, customer service agreed to give me a refund as I requested.”

“I ordered once it came back in stock, and the tea came quickly without any issues. I wish FSD would use brown paper to fill space in boxes rather than plastic bubble wrap.”

“2 months in a row product is shown back in stock. Ordered 3 minutes after in stock alert. Then order cancelled 3 days later for “supply chain issues”. Blames supplier. This company is a drop shipper, doesn’t actually have the inventory so roll the dice and see what actually is in stock.”

“I'm truly very happy! I've had O Cedar sponge mops for many years, they work best for me to keep our kitchen and bathroom floors clean. I've tried other mops, that squeeze the sponge differently, they're too hard on my wrists. The mops I got are great! I just hope the refill sponges come. Refills for my old mops are impossible to find now. Thanks very much.”

“We messed up and ordered way to many cases of chips/popcorn, thus I had to return 4 cases. Both of the people I communicated with on phone and email were very polite and were not your average customer service peeps. Thank you for making everything easy, and helping me out. Not an ounce of annoyance was ever displayed! I do believe Makiah was a return specialist? I might be wrong but anyways, Makiah was amazing. I don't remember the name of the person I spoke on the phone with, sorry!”
