“I liked that the bread dough was delivered and at first look it looked like a great deal. They are actually mini loafs. I have to combine 4our of them to make the same size a regular loaf does.”

“I got my one order around Dec 20 something thing. and my other item is special order I got a email to my special order said it probably be sent Jan 2nd have not received it yet. It is Sea Crisp Rectangle Haddock Fishb.Do you know when I might receive this special order?”

“While searching for a product that I no longer can find in my town. I came across Food Service Direct. I had no problem ordering the product. The service was fairly fast as item needed to be refrigerated. I am satisfied with the service I get from Food Service Direct. I might add that the price for the item is reasonable as well. As long as they have the item I like I will continue ordering. Thank you”

“I bought 6 bags of mild kimchi cabbage and it spoiled. I have talked to customer service and they were supposed to get back to me. I have called again with no action! This is bad for a large company like you. Just give me my money back!!!!!!! Very poor customer service 😢”

“I ordered food and they refunded my money because what I ordered was unavailable at the time so after 2 weeks they refunded money and life went on, but for some reason they got the product in and didn't notify me that they were reshipping my order and charging my card again so I wasn't looking or even aware that I had anything coming to my address and they claimed they sent a package I never received any was still charged for the item. Poor communication with this company and a loss of funds for this low income vulnerable adult thanks a lot greedy company.”

As per the listing items that are considered special order are ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. Your order was not originally canceled since it is a special order item, and your card was charged when your order shipped. I do see that you were sent a tracking link to your email notifying you of your shipment progress. According to UPS your order was delivered to you on December 20th.
