“I will NEVER order from this company again. I order cooked Christmas cookies for a youth event. I could not reach anyone to discuss my order or confirm my order. I included my event date in the order. The cookies can almost 3 weeks after my event and the cookies weren't even cooked. They sent cookie dough which wasn't even what I ordered. They refused to give me a refund or even take my phone call. Complete ripe off!!!!”

“I ordered Otis Spunkmeyer Muffins because they are not available in my area. They arrived quickly and well packaged, in great condition. I would order again from Food Service Direct. My only disappointment is the styrofaom packaging :( The size was overkill for my order. I WISH that FSD would find an alternative packaging material, it is hurting the environment to produce plastics/styrofoam :/”

“Unablle to locate locally the 3-inch tart shells I've used for years for pecan tarts, I located FSD on-line and ordered a case of shells (72-count). They arrived quickly and well-packed - not a single shell was broken. I was intially concerned that they were pre-baked, as I am accustomed to frozen, unbaked shells. However, with only a minor time & temperature adjustment, my tarts baked beautifully. Finally, buying in bulk from FSD was both convenient and a substantial cost savings. I expect to order again next holiday time. Thank you for a fine product.”

“The product was a little different than the one I’m replacing. However, to the eye it looks the same. I’m using it on my gas fireplace which wasn’t what the knob was designed for. I took a chance when I purchased it.”

“Our order of Hope's Royale cookies was filled promptly and arrived as promised. Cookies were great, we opted for the 4 oz size (80 count). Direction were on the side of the box.”

“Food service direct robb’s people! They are NOT wholesalers like they say they are! They sold me (6)-1.4 oz (small) cups of noosa salted caramel yogurts for $35+ dollars plus shipping & handling which came to almost $50! I turned around and found & purchased it at a market for a total of $9.00 retail for 6! Food service direct will never get my business again and I will tell everyone about them that they took my money and they have outrageous & unfair prices!”

Prices on temperature-sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items. We have a wide variety of products to fit all budgets.
