“I was very very happy with the service. The delivery came quick, and the product was in good shape. It was an item that’s hard to find so the price was a little on the high side. When it goes smooth comes quick I didn’t mind. I would use foodservicedirect.com again”

“I requested an ordered 5 weeks before Christmas but was sent an email that it would be delivered after the holiday because it was a special order. They would not expedite or cancel. I was very upset but they did make it happen and delivered it 2 days before Chistmas. Thank you.”

“i ordered clausen hearty garlic pickles gave them out as gifts because we cant purchase the here anymore.... they came very well packaged but i guess they were handeled kind of ruff during shipping and only one was broken but when i open the container it smelled amazing lol....i did get a prompt refund from this company... i would purchase from them directly again....”

“I was soo happy to see Foodservicedirect carried the hard to find containers I use for my product!! Shipping was fast and in a timely manner! They sent me 4 boxes but 5 arrived. I think 2 of my container boxes were shipped in one and wasn't taped well and UPS ruined the box, took out the two boxes and turned the one box into 2. One of those two boxes arrived with a hole punched in the side (UPS is really losing their minds on how they handle their packages) BUT when I checked the containers, they were not damaged by whatever punched the big hole in the side of the box. The only thing I can say would be better about ordering these containers is on the site, it would be nice if it had dimensions or to say these lids go with this container, this container goes with these lids. This is how many lids come in a box. I ordered twice as many lids as I did containers. I assumed there would be equal amounts of lids in the box as there would be containers in the box. Otherwise, LOVE this container and am VERY happy with my order!! Will be back for more!! Do not get rid of this item please!!”

“The individual Tiramisus was a major hit Christmas eve dinner for friends and family. It really topped off the dinner of lasagna, Italian sausages, salad, and garlic bread. I will definitely order from you again. The quality was fantastic and delicious!”

“ordered a 13 nch Pizza Pan.Waited in anticipation for a pizza pan .I was tired of pans that rust.What I got was a pan that was very thin and scratched easy.And the pizza came out under done at the bottom no matter how many times I made pizza.Tried to season the pan, but didnt season just made a sticky pan.This was a very dissappointing purchase.I found myself using the old pan.And I must mention $46.00 is a waste of mney for this tin foil pan..”
