“My order was a box of 1.75 Ounces - 64 bags of Doritos, FoodServiceDirect had this available cheaper than anywhere else(I can't find them in stores in this quantity) and they deliver to residential homes. The order got processed and shipped fairly quickly. The order was packed properly and arrived undamaged all the chip bags were good and not crushed at all. Will be ordering again soon.”

“Love, love, love this company. The product I buy from them is 100% pure with no fillers so I know I am getting 100% actual food instead of "cellulose to prevent caking" which isn't needed but is found in most grated and shredded cheese products. There's no cellulose in the cheese I buy from Food Service Direct and it doesn't cake at all. Shipping is prompt and items are shipped in well-insulated containers with ice packs.”

“First time ordering product took 5 days to arrive. Thawed out completely. Second time sent 2 day air. Thanks for correcting UPS joke of delivery for frozen products. Thanks also for honoring replacement.”

“We were pleased that your company carries Udi's Frozen Pizza Crust and can sell it to us. We need gluten-free alternatives, and a local store stopped carrying it. The product arrived promptly and in good condition. We plan to continue to order this from your company.”

“Great service living in the south you can't get sour cherries it's wonderful to have real cherry pie ordered the cherries came within a few days frozen packed in dry ice with Styrofoam my friends can't wait for me to make cherry pie WONDERFUL SERVICE **********”
