“The product is great and it arrived frozen. The price is higher than I normally would pay for the product by $40 a case. I know when I order from Food Service Direct i'm paying for the convenience of getting it quickly.”

“I order online, i revived part of my order and the other part never showed up, I email customer service, got no reply! It is one month now and I still have got my order or any response for customer services. This was not what I expected !! Not shopping here anymore!! 😡”

“I have had a mixed relationship with FoodServiceDirect. My orders have arrived frozen, partially frozen and totally defrosted. My last order arrived partially defrosted. It was supposed to arrive on Wednesday (according to the tracking document). I just happened to look out the front door Tuesday morning and spotted the carton. The product was partially defrosted. The dry ice was liquid, but cold. I guess I can only order in the dead of winter.”
