“It arrived in great condition, still frozen. Cooked some and the oysters were very delicious. Will order more when we get short on them.”

“I ordered 8 cases of chai tea concentrate and made a mistake on the shipping address. I immediately contacted Food Service direct and they told me that they made the requested change. They were supposed to go to the hospital auxiliary gift shop but were delivered to my home instead. Being a holiday week, it took me about 6 days to find someome to come and pick it up. since i am on oxygen 24/7. I have made several purchases from them and this is the only problem that I have had.”

“Because we do need bulk items much as a family we try to find items here that are bulk while being serviceable in the home. Every time we order we get a great price and exactly what’s need, and look often a he great sales and specials. Plus , we have always gotten wonderful customer service which is very important to us. Try shopping here, it’s a win win for us.”

“We loved that we received our order in a timely manner! BUT the cherry chips were melted and clumped together since it was so hot. Unlike the icing shortening, they were not insulated or rotected from the heat.”
