“Two of my boxes were crushed, so top layers of cupcakes were smashed. With the cost of your shipping, I shall NOT be reording perishable foods from your company again. I was extremely disappointed, and this was my first order with your company.”

“I got from 16 dozen order about 14.5 dozen, I will work with that. soggy paper stuff. Cold packs do thaw. Eggs good and viable and made it to refrigerator fine. Eggs last long in refrigerator. ;>)”

“I have ordered these chocolate covered peanuts from another vendor, but they were out of these. They were shipped with ice which kept them from melting. Then I came across FoodServiceDirect and ordered these Brach chocolate covered peanuts from them. I was so surprised when they arrived and were in a cooler with ice!! This was so wonderful and cool. Thank you so much.”
