“Food Service Direct had all the products I requested however, there was no dry ice as stipulated! Everything was defrosted. Had to throw it out..”

“purchased a 48 count box of edible salad bowls recently. all but six (6) were hopelessly crushed and smashed. packing was totally inadequate. Send them back, I get 3/4 of my money returned? Crazy!”

“Aweful service!! I ordered four high chairs. Received one and was told the rest were out of stalk till January. It was almost a month before I was told anything concrete. Now I have one high chair and three others that don’t match. And the one I received the wood is chipped and my daughter got a hugh splinter. Horrible”

“You see a company at it’s best when things go wrong. I ordered pretzels for an Oktoberfest party. They were sent ups in foam lined boxes with hot ice. Unfortunately they were lost in transit for days and days. When they arrived half the order was missing and the other half was thawed. food Service Direct offered to replace the pretzels but it was too late. Instead they gave me a full refund the same day I spoke to customer service. I have had good experiences with them in the past but fixing things when everything goes wrong says more about the people you are dealing with”
