“Chili arrived on time & still fully frozen. 😊 We took one bag down to our family reunion for Frito/taco salads (always a big hit!), then I've been “farming out” the other bags to family since it’s too much for my husband & I to eat! ;)”

“Food Service Direct was the only company I could find online that had the candy I was after. After ordering it, my order was delivered even earlier than what the internet said to expect the shipment. It was good and not stale. I was very, very pleased with my ordering experience from Food Service Direct.”

“I ordered cups and lids almost a month ago. Only received the lids. Chatted with customer service who was unable to help- they had to wait for an update from their shipping department and they are going to email me. They should be able to just process a refund.”

“Thank you for the replacement box of frosting. I threw away half of the box because it was broken open and the bag had a hole in it . Both inside and outside boxes were spit open . Package had to have been thrown . I was on vacation when the replacement box was sent , thank goodness my husband got home that day to get it inside the house . I have a covered porch but they placed it at another door in the hot sun . It was delivered around 4:40 pm and my husband got home at 9 pm . Glad it had not rained yet . The world is a different place we live in now . Thank you for the replacement . Janet Farmer”
