“I bought eggplant from food service direct. The eggplant is delicious, will buy again. Eggplant is a lot of work when you buy it fresh and it is expensive. This was a great deal - I got a lot of eggplant, I filled up five gallon size freezer bags full to the top.”

“your products are great. however shipping is horrible. My shipment took so long to arrive that everything was completely thawed out. The shipment before was sent to somewhere in Texas instead of Wisconsin, and had to be resent.”

“I made a mistake while placing an order. I caught the mistake BEFORE even receiving the product but after it was shipped. I called immediately when I realized my mistake but was told I could not return the item. Even if I sent it immediately back the moment I received it, unopened (of course) but again was told no. So because of a stupid mistake made from pushing the wrong flavor while ordering off my cell phone, I am out $65 and have a product I will never use.”
