“The freshness of the product was in questionable. I don't want to jump to a conclusion without being sure, but the coding on the product was confusing, and if what I read is correct, the products expiration date had expired back in 4/21. There was no wording I saw that said, 'sell by' or 'use by.'”

“The way my perishable Parkay margerine tubs where packed to keep them cold until delivery, was outstanding given the amount of ice paks and other materials needed to do this. I can't find these tubs any where any more and thus it is worth the extra price to have them shipped from FoodServiceDirect.”

“Glad you had the product we needed in stock but man you used a ton of packaging to send it. A little dry ice would have done much better than 34 cold packs and so much styrofoam!”

“I received the pepper steaks, thankyou, they are so delicious , the only problem I had was it took 3 days to get here after being ship, they came at 6:30 at night and I opened them right up, all the hot ice was melted and they were starting to thaw, put them in freezer right away and they were ok. Love these things.”
