“Ordered on a Monday and they arrived the following Friday. True to all the other reviews they were packed well and still frozen. I'm happy to have a place to get my favorite frozen cookies from again since the big box store stopped selling them for some reason.”

“Very pleased with all parts of my ordering and delivery. Delivery arrived at the projected time and all items were still frozen and in good shape. Will definitely be ordering again from Food Service Direct!”

“Ordering went smoothly. Delivery was a little confused - order was split in half and I kept getting emails changing the delivery dates. I was not happy with the fact that quite a few of the cans arrived with dented corners and one of the peach flavored cans had been squashed in such a way that the pop top opened and the entire can spilled its contents throughout the case in which it arrived, making most of the cans very sticky. I am not sure I would order again. I did like the availability of so many flavors and I am enjoying tasting the flavors to which I did not have access previously.”

“my order of Luigis No Sugar Added Lemon Intermezzo, 4 Fluid Ounce -- 72 per FROZEN ITEM Order # 000770612 order was shipped UPS Ground it arrived 7 day later all melted. I would like to return to get credit. I called customer service left message no call back Sent E-mail no answer back. BAD SERVICE Frozen order shipped on 2/16/21 Received on 2/25/21 NOT FROZEN”

“My order arrived in just 2/3 days and was well packaged in a good styrofoam cooler with enough dry ice to keep it frozen for at least three days. This was my second order from FoodServiceDirect and my first order was packaged the same way and arrived just as quickly.”
