“WHERE IS MY STUFF? UPS The lousiest carrier you chose to ship my product didn't deliver my package! I was outside waiting for them. The truck was very close, our gates were opened. They never came. They lie all the time with "inable to deliver" BS. I want my money back ASAP. Iknew it was to good to be true. Pick another carrier next time like USPS. alYou lost a sale and a customer. I don't know how fast you will refund.”

“I was very pleased with my order. I ordered a lot of fish, and it was packed perfectly! It arrived on it's scheduled delivery day, and all of my fish was still very much frozen! I have no complaints whatsoever with the way they packed and shipped my items.....I will be ordering from Food Service Direct again in the future.”

“I could swear I ordered (6) Suja Organic and Cold-Pressured Green Juice Drink, Twelve Essentials, 16 oz drinks and instead I received (6) Suja Cold Pressed Green Delight 12oz drinks. Not sure why that is.”

“Placed my first order with FSD, February 2021. Ordered a case of Amy's Soup. Was pleased the cans were in excellent shape. Also, ordered 1 case each of 2 frozen vegetables in 10 oz. packages. They arrived completely frozen and obviously have never thawed along the way since vegetables easily separated within the package. Hoping for some good deals in the future.”
