“The items arrived in very poor condition -- cake layers were thawed and mashed. Unfortunately, we could not use the product.”

“I order a liquid drink mix from here ever couple months. I get 6 cartons (Like a milk carton) each time. They are not packaged well and get damaged and leak a lot of the time. I have sent pictures of the damage each time it happens and requested the order to be better protected from shipping damage. Food service direct takes care of its customers and sends us new cartons but better packaging the first time would be less hassle.”

“Received my product Mar. 1. Packaged well but only cool, not even close to frozen. I immediately put into my chest freezer and will check tomorrow if they’re all frozen together in a lump. I hope not. I love these noodles and can’t get them in my area. I’m from Indiana but now reside in Maryland.”

“They sent the wrong product the first time, but they accepted responsibility and let me keep the item sent. Eventually, they sent the correct items at no additional charge. Good products (both items) but it took 3 1/2 months to get what we wanted.”

“This was my 2nd order. The 1st was a gift!! We reordered as soon as we got low. The order came quickly and still had dry ice!! It’s perfect and the catfish taste like Ala catfish just like I LOVE it!!’ Not my last order for sure!!”

“did not like the product, Readycarved Flame Broiled Beef and Lamp Gyro Slice, 5 Pound -- 2 per case. Carved pieces come out of frozen bag in little bits, since the carved pieces are frozen and very thin they break up into little bits, thus producing an undesirable palatability and tast.”

“Placed and order, didn't get any update or shipping information for nearly a week. I tried to cancel my order after only two days because I found a better, cheaper item that would arrive sooner. They told me cancellation was impossible followed by reasons or excuses why. Long story short it took nearly 3 weeks for my package to arrive. Which I refused when it did arrive, and I am sure that getting my money back will go just as smoothly. I will not be a customer ever again.”
