“Web site has a serious issue with making a purchase as a non-member. I only use Linux and the corresponding Chrome and Firefox versions and have noticed on rate occasion that a website with have problems dealing with whatever subtleties that apparently exist between the Mac & Windows version vs. Linux. I tried to buy using the PayPal checkout about 4 times and it clearly was not working correctly. I finally created an account then the purchase and check out worked. If I had not wanted the large dressing purchase for a special purpose I would not have bothered after the second failure and would not have come back in the future for other purchases.”

“Pizza was completely defrosted when it arrived to my house even though it was bought straight in. I assume at some point there had been dry ice but there was no evidence of it except two empty plastic bags. I tried to live chat with the company to see if it is normal for it all to be defrosted and if it is safe to consume. However I received a message that the operators were currently busy and to leave a message and they would contact me back. I have yet to hear back from anyone. The order was shipped on Feb 16 and was not delivered until Feb 24th which is why I assume it was completely defrosted.”

“bought the wrong size. asked for a different size minutes after purchasing. No response, still sent 1000 of the incorrect size. no human to communicate with, no returns accepted. Terrible customer service. Everyone uses an excuse of "Pandemic" they are shorthanded. I call bull.”

“I really liked the free shipping promotion on President's Day. thanks. Order was shipped and then the winter storm hit. Order was received a few days late but the product was still at the appropriate temperature. Appreciate the packing expertise.”

“I ordered the Walking Taco's . I ordered the Doritos, Tostitos, and the Fritos. Both the Tostitos and Fritos came in the correct packaging but not the Doritos. They came in a regular chip bag, not the Walking Taco logo . The Doritos in that packaging did not sell as well as the " Walking Taco" labled ones.”

“Two of the sealed bags were opened a bit at the side seam of the package, it appeared to have happened in shipping or it’s just a faulty seal at the seam. ( Both packages were unsealed in the same place on the package) The meat did not appear to be bad but d/t the faulty seam I discarded it. I was a bit disappointed but Overall, I am happy with your product and service Your service was fast and a message sent to me, alerted me it was delivered and needed to be brought inside. Disregard the 1 star below, no customer service was used,Touched the screen in error.”
