“Kinda in the middle with my review. Packaged and shipped I had no problems with. Steak quality was sub par. Every ribeye in the box had more gristle than any ribeye I have ever bought. I have never seen a ribeye that was perfectly round. Like they cut the meat with a 3 1/2" cookie cutter. The ribeyes I buy from the local butcher shop is 10 times better. Your quality sux, your steaks sux, presentation after cooking sux, quality of meat sux. I will not be purchasing again. I did give away most of your steaks to friends and family.”

“I do think the customer service is very proactive. Also the products are very fresh. The only issue for me is I am living in Az ( not the company fault) but when you order fresh products they should sent on more proper refrigeration. But my affirmation about customer service and products are the same, excelent.”

“My son likes these so much that I would usually have to drive around to different gas stations to find them. We were all very excited when I saw I could get them online. Great product”

“I was very please with Food Service Direct. I ordered salad dressing and when I received it, the expiration date had been removed due to the tape that was on it. I contacted the customer service and provided them the order information they needed. They responded very quickly and were very thorough. I'm loving my creamy italian dressing that I used to have at Pizza Hut until they discontinued the salad bars in my state. Happy customer! 5 Stars!”

“It's ok. Very pricey and they ship ur packages like trash. All the money is cost for shipping and by the time u get ur boxes ur merchandise is literally falling out of them. #Trash. And don't have a complaint, please take pictures of every corner, the labels, submit ur DNA, ur fathers brothers uncles cousins maiden last name and send, then we'll believe we sent u ur package wrapped in toilet tissue! Other than that, they know they have the market on what they sell so they upcharge u to ship it and u get what u get. My husband only eats what we get from them as a vendor so my cries are of no consequence... 🤣😂😂🤣😂”

“Cannot get American hot pepper cheese in this area. Was really happy to find food service direct. They ship it in a styrofoam container with plenty of ice. have ordered it twice and will order more in the future”
