“I was very pleased Food Service Direct had what I was looking for. I haven't been able to find this product in my area.I have reordered the item a few times. Each time the delivery was great. The product is a refridgerated item and it arrived nice and cold in a sturdy cooler. I will definitely buy from Food Service Direct again.”

“I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and for the last couple of years I am residing in Virginia. I have search high and low for the Fresh Cake Yeast and no one carries it. I make Raisin Bread during Christmas and Easter holidays as per my familiy tradition and the instant yeast and active ry years does not work with my mom's recipe. I was delighted to find it online at your company. I can't tell you how excited I was to receive the Fresh Yeast and it finally turned out just like mom's. I was worried that the yeast would arrive warm and not be used, however, it was packaged so nicely and the ice packs were still icy. Thank you so much for offering the yeast to home bakers. I have told my friends were they can now purchase. I diffently will be purchaseing again and looking at othe products you sell.”

“food service direct has anything and everything you will find in a grocery store and more, and at bulk prices, i will be a customer for many years to come , only thing i wish is it was closer to my area so the shipping was faster, check it out you won't be sorry,”

“The picture on the website for the 2 lb jackfruit is misleading. It contains citric acid. I avoid all isolated preservatives, they are linked to health issues. I don’t understand why they don’t have all of their ingredients listed in the description”
