I buy my creamy Italian salad dressing from FoodService. It's the exact dressing that Pizza Hut carried for years, it's so delicious. I called customer service and requested the expiration date to be out as far as possible. So if I purchased on May 1, 2024 I was requesting the dressing expiration date to be May 1, 2025 at the very least. The guy in customer service said they would have to open all these boxes to determine that. You can't mean to tell me the expiration dates on products wouldn't be on the outside of a box that contained numerous gallon jugs of dressing. I didn't say anything and just said thank you and goodbye. If they would go that little extra mile for a Grandmom that would be so helpful. I gave away half of it so my neighbors could enjoy. I just can't consume a gallon of dressing with the expiration date of two months away. I know, I was surprised at the small window I had to consume the dressing. I believe I didn't get more than 2 months in all. But that would be my only complaint. I just can't imagine a restaurant accepting dressing that would expire in two months so why me? Other than that the shipping price was reasonable and the price of the dressing as well. It arrived at my home in excellent shape in a sturdy cardboard box and in a timely manner. So that would be my only complaint that they send me a gallon jug of salad dressing that wouldn't expire in two months, that would be helpful.

Thank you for the awesome feedback. Our products are indeed purchased in bulk to accommodate the needs of restaurants, which typically use larger quantities of dressing within a shorter timeframe. While we strive to provide the longest possible shelf life, determining individual expiration dates for each gallon of dressing would require opening the boxes, which could compromise the product's integrity and food safety standards. While we do understand our home use consumers may not be able to use a large quantity of product in a short time frame please feel free to reach out to our customer service team we would be happy to assist.

Ordered a case of claussen pickles. Not only were the pickles old with an odd flavor one of the glass jars was busted. Very disappointed and won’t order from this company again

I have been a customer for some time now and have very good experience and a few that were immediately corrected and I appreciate that. They have improved hteir shipping methods and I have not had anymore thawed foods. The items I have purchased have been good quality and priced competitively. My only complaint is that some items are special order and it is a bit hard to tell which ones (maybe put in big red letters SPECIAL ORDER long wait times) So far over three weeks and still waiting. Other than that I am very satisified.

I ordered a case of the Good Earth Sweet and Spicy tea. I received a case of Traditional Medicinals Echinacea Plus. I did get reimbursed, but I never got an explanation nor my tea.

Placed an order, my credit card was charged, then I received an email that the product was not in stock so my order was cancelled & they didn't refund my money.... TOTAL SCAM !!!!!
