“it was very fast delivery. they look delicious but we havent tried them yet. I havent been able to find the apple scones any where so i am excited to try these, as well as the blueberry and white chocolate raspberry scones”

“Placed my order on a Saturday and was here on Wednesday. Great service. Haven’t tried the frozen puffed pastry yet so can’t review that but expect that it is great also.”

“I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with your customer help. I had ordered potato flakes and received mashed potatoes, called to return it and they told me it was not possible, I have no use for it and I wanted my credit or the flakes; hope you people can make your customers satisfied.”

“I'm very happy with how fast the processing of my order was. Package tacking was on point. Product was good quality and was packed very well. Only thing I wish that could be better is variety of bundle deal discounts. Only one was offered on the Land O Lake Clarified Butter. I own a small, but growing business and I don't need large backstock of ingredients at this point in time. I would rate it more like a 4.5 star rating. Other than that I'm happy with my experience and purchase. Will be continuing to purchase from them in the future. Definitely recommend.”

I do see that yo spoke with our customer service rep and noted that the organic strawberries tasted like earth. While we do not offer refunds for not liking a product, if there was a problem with your order when it arrived to you we would like to investigate this issue and hopefully work toward a resolution.
