I ordered cookies in plastic boxes. Most of the 12 boxes were crushed with cookies falling out that were also broken. This problem could easily have been avoided if the cookies were packed in a shipping box large enough to accommodate them.

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. We only sell items by the case and do not have a large warehouse where we can keep excess. For that reason we are not always able to get things for the same price as a grocery store can. Prices on temperature sensitive items also factor the price of extra packaging for the items. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team, we would be more than happy to help you find something within your budget.

Was so happy to find this fine product that for some reason grocery storess don't carry. Shipping is fast and frozen product arrives well packaged and fully frozen. I receive accurate shipping notifications so that I can be home to take care of it when it arrives. Great company, great service, great communication!

I ordered frozen items, they shipped safely with dry ice in insulated containers. Arrived safe, and still frozen. Very pleased with the service.

The return policy is "Unbelievable". When a customer accidentally orders the wrong item (that they can't sell), they should be allowed to return/exchange the item, making sure it is properly packaged for return trip.

i ordered gluten free rolls and they came in still frozen and nicely packaged. would recommend to everyone if you are gluten free.

There was a delay getting my package and when it was in shipping mode one of the 12 mixes had broken. UPS had taken out the broken one, moved the rest into a UPS box and resumed the shipment sending you FSD a notice of this. Each container in the shipment was extremely sticky and being it is cardboard containers not a lot I could do to fix the issue. FSD never reached out to me nor did they replace or credit my account for the broken cotainer. They had sent me a notice that I reached out to them which I did not but UPS had and was wondering if my issue was resolved which again it was not. I then sent you a notice on this and heard nothing back from you. Poor customer service!

I enjoy the service but wish there was a better and more cost effective way when delivering frozen products. I am sure the cost to ship them is very expensive for you and for customers. These styrofoam containers long term tend to pile up and very wasteful from an environmental standpoint.

My bread was already moldy and could not be used. The packaging was ripped open already. I refused it the first day and they redelivered it the next day the same way and left it on my porch.
