“Ordered a product and waited for it to come and then my order was cancelled. Since I thought I would be receiving my order I didn’t look elsewhere. The item was seasonal and is now discontinued”

“I made a mistake on my order but was able to use the chat feature and the problem was resolved. Customer service was very helpful and my order shipped the day after placing my order. I haven’t received my order yet but anticipate it will be here very soon. Food Service Direct did their part getting it shipped the day after the order. Now it’s up to UPS on how quickly my order arrives.”

“I gave a poor review do to the fact I got sent the wrong thing but ill give a 5 star for how quickly they refunded my money. I have since reorder the thing and will get it in 2 days. Then I will update this. Thanks”

“I ordered based on an item number from the bottle of Pathwater special edition I wanted and had in hand. The number came up in stock but had no picture. The price was a LOT more expensive the what I can buy what I received in a retail setting so I figured this was the special edition matching the item number. I did not receive the special patriotic edition like I was expecting based on the price and the item number. I am very disappointed. This was a Valentine's gift for my wife.”

“There are products I use that I can only find on Foodservicedirect. I wish there was a way to change or cancel the orders. There is no way to contact them. I put off ordering and finally placed it only to find they were offering free shipping a few days later. Being as I am buying this personally and not for a business, it would have saved me quite a bit of money.”

“Benefit chocolate chunk banana bars-Delivered on time. No problems with packaging. Good quality bars. My son’s favorite from school. Great quick snack. Will purchase again. Would be great if there was a variety pack of all the flavors of these bars.”

“We ordered a case of cornichons and they arrived in perfect condition - not one broken bottle. We have ordered from other suppliers and there was always breakage, but FoodServiceDirect delivered them quicker no broken bottles!!!! Hurrah for pickles:)”
