“I'm happy with your service. I get products I can't get at local stores which allows me to create recipes I otherwise couldn't do. The delivery time was a little slow but, worth the wait!”

“I purchased a case of Fleishmann's margarine because the stores in my area stopped carrying it and all I've known is Fleishmann's since I was a young girl. I've tried other brands and it's a big NOPE! I shared the case with my daughter and daughter-in-law and we'll definitely be ordering more cases to split. Great company b/c the order was received in great time and very well packed.”

“The product arrived in excellent condition, in a styro, with frozen block in it to keep it frozen and it was, the individual bags worked great as well, i didnt have to open all of it at one time. It arrived pretty quickly as well. I will purchase this item again. Thank you.”

“I purchased the Dole cherries to can cherry pie filling. The process was very easy. Shipping was very reasonable. They were supposed to come frozen with dry ice but by the time I received them the ice was completely evaporated and the cherries how thawed a little. However, that was not the fault of Food Service Direct. I ordered these in the summer when it has been over 100 degrees. It was no big deal as I needed to thaw them anyway. Thank you Food Service Drect for having these available. I order them every year to use for canning my pie filling.”

“A shipment was either damaged in the warehouse before it was sent of by the UPS carrier that delivered it. All information regarding the shipment and damage, along with several supporting pictures were sent to Food Services Direct. After a few email exchanges, Food Services Direct compensated me for the proportional amount of damaged merchandise. The compensated amount was credited to my account in only a few short days. Service and congeniatlity of the service personnel was excellent. Food Services Direct get a 5-Star kudo for this exceptional effort.”
