“Food Service Direct was able to deliver a food item to my step daughter that she could not buy locally. She has been undergoing cancer treatment and the flavor of Kombucha they delivered was the one thing that tasted good to her. It was delivered 2 days before Christmas. She was really surprised and thankful.”

“I so appreciate your customer service. You reached out to me to prepare me that part of my order might have been ruined as it was delayed by the shipping company. Your company assured me that you would replace or reimburse me for any damaged items. Thankfully your people packaged my frozen food items so well that they stayed frozen, even during the delay. I felt respected as the customer. Thank you.”

“Product was exactly as advertised. I needed for specific sandwiches which go under broiler for 3 minutes and these rolls worked perfectly. Thank you for an excellent ordering experience. They came quickly and in great shape. Amazing product.”
