“Even though 3 feet of snow fell in Denver, the package was only delayed one day. The product was still frozen and in good shape. The recipient was delighted!”

“The frozen hash brown arrived thawed. You should have shipped FEDEX not UPS because they deliver on weekends(sat & sun). My shipment sat over the weekend in Dallas. FEDEX would have delivered saturday. Will not purchase from you again.”
