“Love this company. Great variety of items to choose from. Items always arrive in a timely fashion. A UPS delay caused thawing of my last order...Food Service Direct issued a new order the next day and it was delivered promptly at no cost to me. Don't hesitate to give them a try!”

“My first order was pretty good. Shipment was within the window described and the frozen arrived still well frozen albeit that it may have sat at UPS for a couple days over the weekend. Weather was pretty cool though. Packaging seems adequate. Food was quite good and appeared to be freshly frozen. My only concern is if the frozen goods will stay frozen in warmer weather when shipped across a weekend. But no issues with this order.”
