I have now received 3 damaged products from Food Service Direct in 2 different orders. A shipment of sugar was so poorly packaged it was all over the UPS truck when the driver picked it up. That package was returned. A second package containing 6 48 ounce jars of strawberry jam was opened to discover 1 of the jars smashed against the others. An earlier shipment of powdered milk had 2 of the 4 packages damaged and opened in the shipping box, the contents all over the container. I called and left a message to customer service over a week ago and I am still waiting for a call back. I realize that this is a challenging time for all of us, but poor service quality and a lack of timely customer service will not help the public or the return business to this company.

I have attempted to contact this company several times voicing my concerns about a very expensive fish that has been traveling "frozen" for 5 days I am a professional chef of 25 years and have used this product for many years just not through this company. I never received a call about anything, my fish arrived THAWED!!! 20 PCS of sushi grade tuna thats useless to me!! My order number is 000349068 I ordered this on 3/27/20 order went out on 3/28/20 as did the money from my bank account and it arrived on 4/3/20 end of day. 5 days is way too long for a temperamental fish that is prone to spoilage to be out for delivery without proper measures to be taken. I will see if I get a response I am hoping this company has integrity and I can remove this post we'll see.

I ordered on 3/15/2020 I haven’t gotten an email regarding my order. I have sent out a few emails still no reply this is poor customer service

Absolutely disgusting company stealing from customers, place an order they will charge you and never send the product, no matter how many times you attempt to make contact or inquire about status they never respond other than to tell you they will respond just never do

Poor communication. SLOOOOWW Shipping. Ordered 3 weeks ago and not one update on status. Emailed them twice, no reply. Prices are high, shipping is expensive. No customer support! Buyer Beware. DO NOT USE. False advertising on shipping dates!

I order items on 14 of March and up to 2nd of April I don't see nothing coming in... I do understand that the situation is very complicated with covid 19 but I gave them a room to adjust with the pressure... I will not recommend this company

Ordered chicken nuggets and received shredded hash browns. Now I am waiting to see if they will make it right, but I will have to wait 3 to 5 days.

I placed an order on the 12th of may and they charged my bank account for it right away. It is been over a week and I haven't heard anything about my order. I have trying calling and sending emails multiple times and have not heard anything back. They take your money, don't deliver and ignore all communication. I can't even cancel my order.

place a order for pizza said it was sent out 16 march. ordered cheese as well. sent out on the 17 march. Yes i understand due to the c19 virus. they have gad a increase in delivery. they have taking my money. not delivered my food. i can't afford to lose £55. ive got a disabled chikd im struggling to feed . ive ask for a refund as one email said it was unshiped. only to get another email saying its beeb sent out. Now taking it up with my bank . dont use Amazon to order from this company. nothing but theifs.

Order Number 000068421 Just awful! Of 16 separate products ordered, all in case quantities, 3 (so far) are not available at all, thous STILL advertised on their site as if they are, 1 incompetently packed and destroyed in shipment (UPS shares blame), 7 received in good condition (all separate shipments on different days), 1 delayed for 3 weeks (at least ... still hasn't shipped), and 4 I have no *bleeping* idea. No shipment, no news, 2.5 weeks after ordering. NEVER AGAIN!!! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER!!!

They confirmed my order then gave me a delivery date The food I ordered was for a party On the date given nothing arrived.... Next day still nothing....Party ruined. I emailed them twice and have not received an apology or reason for the cancelled order A refund is on its way from Amazon. Would never use this Co again.
