“Although the yogurt arrived 6 days later than scheduled, it was not spoiled and after refrigerating it immediately, it was safe to consume. However, FoodServiceDirect should file a complaint with UPS as to why the delivery was sent to the incorrect address in the first place.”

“I was very impressed with the quality of the food. It was well packaged and my event was a success. They loved the hot dogs. The Mayor came to my event and said that we had the best hot dogs he has ever eaten. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you for the quick service of delivery.”

“Was so excited to receive our order. Came exactly as they said and was frozen solid. Everything was in great shape. These are the best and biggest chicken wings I have ever bought. Will order again!”

“I was disappointed in how many broken graham crackers that were unusable over 25 of the 100 ordered. These were for s’mores kits for a party and caused us to be short in supplies.”

“I ordered a specific product, they claimed it was in stock. I received my order, and it was something completely different, not what I ordered. Contacted the company. What I actually ordered is a special order item and is not actually in stock, ever. Their website still says it’s in stock and available for immediate shipment. Received a refund.”

“Ordered the “Lawry’s Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix” that is no longer available in the grocery store. Great price and fast service, and was so happy I was able to find this fabulous Sloppy Joe Mix that I have used for years. Very easy to calculate what you need for breaking down the number of servings.”

“I love the fact that I was able to purchase Duke's Creamy Caesar Dressing. I only wish it was available in other containers than the individual packets or a gallon jug of it. This is by far our all-time favorite salad dressing.”

“I finally found someone who carries Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother unfiltered. While they did respond to any questions I had, it took about a month to get the product. I will still deal with them as long as they carry this product. If they had shipped it sooner it's an easy 5/5”
