“My favorite site to get my special cheese, affectionately know as "government cheese". This cheese is the best, so creamy and tasty. I've shared much with family and friends. I love the ordering process, packaging of product and the swift timeliness of delivery. Thank you.”

“These people are PATHETIC! Each time they sent out orders of DIM SUM, the seafood was spoiled as the dry ice melted. Four times the frozen food arrived melted and spoiled.”

“It took many weeks to get a box of crackers. I had several that were smashed and opened. Also, one package was stuck to the packing tape. I read the ingredients (by Zesta) after I ordered. There are preservatives and things. Wished it could just be flour and salt, mainly.”

“Food Service Direct is my go-to for bulk foods, etc. They have the largest selection of non-meat items at great prices. They deliver extremely fast and orders are always shipped with dry ice to ensure freshness.”

“I give a five star review because of the service team there was an issue with the order and they fixed it very quickly it and resend an order directly to my house. If anything ever went wrong with your order they take care of it very easily. Sometimes things happen during shipping not a big deal but they take pride in their service and that’s why I get five stars.”

“My son loves the Fitbars that his school has but you can't find them anywhere. I was so happy to find FoodSerive Direct. It was fast and easy the Fitbars arrived at my door. I will definitely be ordering from here again. I only wishes I had found them sooner.”

“The company is very good and was attentive to my request/complaint that the item I’ve been buying is now produced by someone else and it is not the same. They did investigate and on the basis I would recommend them but I won’t be doing any business with them again because my product is not the same”

“Last year I had a problem with one of their suppliers and Food Service went the extra mile to resolve it. This year, just in case, I ordered much earlier and they closely monitored my order for which I am grateful. I am glad that they are out there for me to use in the future.”

“Meals we have tried are tasty and portions are good for women but not enough for men. There are no provisions made for unusual allergies, only the more common ones and ingredients on condiments are not listed. It is very easy and fast with only 5 minute prep time and is perfect for singles or two people. The oven is too small for more than two people but is versatile and does a good job cooking meals to exact doneness.”
