My husband was just diagnosed with brain cancer and his eating and completely stopped in the hospital they told him he could have ice cream all three meals. Put a smile on his face. We now have it at home. Thank you!!

The customer support was great which is the reason for 2 stars. I ordered a package 2 times and both times it got damaged during shipping. Please look into how glass bottles are packaged.

Trying to get refund for almost two weeks for order 1002538526. Product did not ship when I asked for refund as I cancelled order- cannot understand why this should take so long. It did not take long to order. Jeffrey Allen

As per the listing items that are considered special order are ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. Your item is due to arrive at our shipping facility on 01/15/2024, and will be shipped out to you shortly after it is processed. my issue is not with the product itself or the delivery but the packaging. I'm trying to reduce the amount of unrecyclable waste I generate and the six packages of english muffins I ordered arrived in a huge styrofoam cooler, easily triple the size of the muffins. I was happy to find a reliable source for gluten free english muffins, but the packaging is making me reconsider ordering from you again. Isn't there any way you can minimize the styrofoam?

My food was not packaged correctly, and when I called to explain to them the food company, I was told it was too bad and too late. Never again will I buy from this food company?

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. At Food Service Direct we are always happy to assist. However, since this order was delivered over 3 weeks ago we cannot open a claim with our shipping company. As per our policy, we do require any damage be reported to us within 3 days after delivery.
