“I ordered a product that needed to remain frozen. Unfortunately, delivery was delayed by a 3rd party, thus causing the product to melt. FoodService was right on top of the issue, stayed in contact with me throughout, and gave me the option for a new delivery, or to cancel my order . I opted for a new delivery, which was timely, and successful. A very easy company to deal with. I will be using this service again!”

“I just want to thank you. There was no grocery store here that would carry the gluten free product I wanted. My purchase was easy and my frozen food product arrived still frozen. I will continue to order from this company. Now, I do have to order by the case so my orders may not be often but they will happen. Thank you again”

“The product is great and it arrived frozen. The price is higher than I normally would pay for the product by $40 a case. I know when I order from Food Service Direct i'm paying for the convenience of getting it quickly.”
