Our first order something happened with UPS. I contacted you and told you problem, but it took 5 or 6 days for our order to be ordered again to be delivered. We ordered 2 cases and only 1 shipped. The 2nd case had another UPS note and was never delivered. We're sorry. We need someone more reliable to deliver the products to us when we need them.

I purchased I believe a case of escargo can 2 lb each I believe I was absolutely amazed it's like I remember that I used to get in the stores I love it thank you we'll probably get again

I was very pleased to find the product available with food service direct and they delivered it promptly. However the packaging was a giant unrecyclable styrofoam box. I would not order from this company again for that reason. I have received other frozen products specifically dog food from farmers dog that comes in recyclable box with dissolvable insulation and dry ice- in this day and age eso with an organic product I would like to see an effort to minimize packaging waste.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible, doing so we use recyclable coolers for our shipping containers. I would suggest looking up a local recycling plant that accepts this packaging if this is something that interests you. First of all, it was delivered to the wrong address in my complex, luckily, my neighbor recognized my name and brought it to me. Secondly, the yogurt was damaged, four of the containers were damaged and made a mess all over the carrier box. I was able to salvage the rest, but I will not be buying from you again. To top things off it was late in the delivery. I sent a note to the food service direct and never received an apology. This is the first response I have gotten. Poor customer service!!

Order was easy, received product in timely manner. UPS dropped the box at my front door and broke two of the jars inside. FoodService refunded money immediately.
