“Our experience with Food Service Direct was good and likely our bad experience is only due to Fed Ex. Our product did not arrive frozen and much of it broken up. We will not use FSD simply because of the delivery issue. It was a waste of product. We also have been waiting for weeks and half of our order with no idea when it will arrive.”

“Almost all graham crackers came in broken and was not able to use for wedding favors so out the money and company never got back to me about it. So waste of money to order not good for anything.”
