Ordered probiotics and like 2 weeks later they said sorry we cannot fill your order. And then ot took me another 2 weeks to get my money back.

Ordered on line. Fast and efficient delivery. Frozen products were still frozen solid by the time I got home. No need for return. Apple blossoms are delicious

The pan I ordered finally came after 2 weeks. Nice quality and size. I just wish there had been some communication about when it would be shipped. Otherwise, good product.

Always excellent in service. From deliveries to choices of products. Outstanding variety of foods that I as a home cook like to experiment with to have new & favorite meals without having to go out searching stores for. Any customer service I have needed is always quick to respond and thorough. I wish shipping was cheaper but it's the same all over.

Offered the product with enormous shipping cost. Ok, I was willing to pay because I needed the item & no one else was offering the item. 4 days later, I get a cancellation notice. Update your site

The buns are not fresh and the presentation is unacceptable. The buns are damaged and appearance is poor. I purchased these for an event and will not be able to use these buns.

Great service to receive frozen food Unavailable in my area. I ordered 2 flavors bulk Ming’s Bings, best plant-based, gluten-free—you would buy in a restaurant. Arrived fully frozen—only complaint is the packing of the pastries themselves—bags too big, so pastries all broken, then bags all split & the pastry crumbs filled the boxes😢 repacked all in ziplocks —much better bcgouce, or Maybe double bag in tighter bags so they can’t move & bags don’t open Quick customer service—had order question that received immediate email acknowledgment & easy call the next day

Item ordered delayed till 12/21. Was told my payment method (paypal) wouldn't be charged until item shipped. Not true. I was charged!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! It looks like the item you ordered is a special order item. As per the listing items that are considered special order are ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. When you place an order with our company you will see a hold on your account for the order total. As items ship out the hold for that item will be released and the funds for that item will be taken. You may see multiple charges from us in your account, but you will never pay for more than the items we ship.
