“So far I've tried the mild and medium Mama salsa, and both are really good. I guess it's the fire-roasted chilis in them but there's something very different about the salsas than most I've tasted.”

“I left new mexico when i was ten. My mom did her best to cook all the things i grew up on. But there was allway's something missing. She would buy different peppers all the time ,but still wasnt as good as grandma's cooking.a few years ago my mother told me the thing that made grandma cooking so good was the chile's grandpa got at the farmers market. Then about 2 years ago FCC started advertising on facebook. I knew what i been missing all these years. I bought 6 jars of there green and red chile. I was right grandma used hatch chile's in her cooking. THANKS FCC FOR LIGHTING MY TRUE TASTE BUDS BACK UP .”

“We love your products. Taste is wonderful and the service can’t be beat. We were sent the wrong heat level of salsa. When I inquired about it, I was asked to send a photo of what we’d gotten. Had no problem with that. Next thing ya know, our order was replicated - correctly this time and at no charge. Very quickly I might add. We love The Fresh Chile Company”

“Ordered fresh chile’s in late July. Received them October 15. Chile’s very small and thin fruit. Some to thin to peel after roasting. Sure could tell this was the end of the harvest. Not great quality to say the least. Disappointed.”

“I bought both the hot and the extra hot green chili is it as good as roasting your own fresh green chili no but oh most especially for the convenience of opening a jar and having really good green chili my only complaint is the hot is really medium and the extra hot is barely hot but other than that I'll be buying more”
