“Ordering is easy - the product comes well packaged. The quality of the various chili's and spices I have bought are outstanding. I have done a lot of business in AZ and NM... I used to think that you could not get that specific flavor out this way...especially in home cooked meals.... now the food I cook takes me out west. Simply outstanding. Plus the community with all the recipe's they post give me lots of idea's. Keep up the great work”

“O lived in NewMexico for over 20 years.Now I live in Michigan. I certainly missed my chili. My first jar was gift from my dear friend and then I was hooked on the first bite. The green and the red are are amazing. I have made several several orders since then . The Hatch seasoning ,its wonderful. I am starting to put it on everything. Just love this product.”

“I’m giving a generous three Starr because of two things. My order for the fresh green hatch chilies 🌶 were basically forgotten, then I got some excuse that the system was down. It took two months to arrive from purchase date. The chilies were also a bit disappointing, some were really healthy and some were not with browning and a rot like on them. The sauces were fantastic . I don’t think I will purchase from you guys in the future. Your commercial makes everything look better than what I got. You were however responsive to my emails”

“The peppers were beautiful and roasted up nicely. Ordering for postal delivery is nice, since the new neighbourhood doesn't have the Hatch truckload sales like my old one (South Bay area of San Diego).”

“I have already submitted a suggestion that would directly affect how much I purchase from Fresh Chile Company....When I buy products, especially if I try new products I'm not familiar with yet, I'd like to again return to your website and be able to type in my new ingredient, and see what recipes I can make from it. The way you have it set up now, I would need to click on every single recipe on your site to see if my newly purchased ingredient (salsa) is contained in which recipes. I need to be able to type in my ingredient, and SEARCH ALL RECIPES that contain what I'm looking for, and not have to click on each recipe to see if they contain my ingredient. I can tell you that this has already slowed down my purchases because I keep waiting to see if you're going to do this. I don't want to buy new things I haven't yet tried, before this comes to pass. I might want to try a red and green mix. But I first might want to SEARCH the recipes to see what all I can make with it. So far I love your "Mama's Salsa" and have even reordered it. Tried and liked Papa's, but is too chunky for my preference. I tried a Red & Green mix, but had no idea what all I might be able to make with it in a recipe. You see my point? Also tried and liked your Enchilada Sauce, and will likely order it again. But I cook a lot, and know that I would order more if I only knew in advance what all I could make with it. And poking around into each and every recipe to see if I can make it with what I'm interested in buying is not efficient, and not the way I want to kill a lot of time. Especially when a simple Search engine would cure this problem in a heartbeat. Simple: Give me a recipe ingredient Search engine = I buy more salsa.”
