“The first time I tasted the green and red chile mix, I felt like I was home. Perfect blend of roasting flavors, and the hot just melted my taste buds. Born ad raised in New Mexico, I have spent te last 30 years searching for a company who sells the best chile. Fresh Chile Co. surpassed all of my requirements in Chile and spices. Highly recommend for anyone who can’t go to NM for fresh Chile.”

“Love these sauces. Salsa is delicious, papas and red/green my favorites . Green chili’s are roasted in my freezer I keep Posting recipes..... Hope to win some more!”

“We are fans of The Fresh Chile Company. On our first order, they sent HOT salsa instead of the medium I’d ordered. I told her I wanted to keep that but please send the medium. W/in the hour it seemed, more was sent...FREE of Charge! I thanked her profusely and mentioned I had not expected that, but was most appreciative. Also, I would like to mention how well packed their product are...never broken and at least some of the packing is recyclable. Great company and products!”
