“I recently purchased several different types of Fresh Chile products. So far I’ve only tried the Red and Green Chiles but have absolutely loved them! I appreciate that these chiles are jarred without other seasonings which allows the beautiful Hatch chile flavor to shine through. I’ve used them in tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and on scrambled eggs! So delicious! I ordered “medium” heat level, and these are perfectly that.”

“Love Fresh Chile Co. Product is packed beautifully and shipments delivered with in times noted. I do wish there were more true Mild products as my Husband is not a fan of heat but loves the flavor. Rock on FCC!”

“Flavor beyond flavor. I recently bought a couple of jars of the Hatch Spice Blend. I have used on everything, I love it’s taste and the smell with the background smell of Cumin is wonderful I am addicted to it, the only thing I have not put it on or in is my COFFEE!”
