“Best green Chile since I left New Mexico. I ordered the hot and it has a delicious heat in every bite. It doesnt have that vinegary aftertaste you get in most Chile recipes. I am looking forward to trying the red and mixed Chile sauce. VIVA LA SAUCE.”

“We received our order of two jars of Mild Green yesterday. I love the fast shipping and the way they were cradled in the fiberboard nests. Delicious! Brings back fond Memories of New Mexico. We put some on a pizza last night. Tonight it's going onto Cheeseburgers. Great product. Thank you!”

“I tried the Abuleas Mild Red Sauce in enchiladas, smokey, spicy but not too hot, along with the Medium Hatch Green... excellent flavor. The product is excellent, as I usually have my chilies bought and roasted by myself, from Albuquerque! Great product, and I’m a fan!”

“I usually don't trust the makers of salsas, that claim how fresh they taste, the heat level, etc. The Fresh Chile Company's products are THE REAL DEAL. They taste fresh, not jarred or cooked to death. I still would like a Scoville Unit measurement of heat, but the 'HOT' was a nice natural heat, with a short but nice linger on the tongue. I did not subscribe, for the first buy, but will for my second, and there will be more.”
