“This is without question the best tasting sauce I have ever had and I've had MANY. I bought the Red Chile Sauce (hot) and the Abuela's Traditional Red Chile Sauce (hot). The flavors are as advertised. Tastes homemade, fresh, only a handful of ingredients. The spice was definitely as advertised, hot! without impacting the fresh flavor. Customer service has been amazing. A message on FB was answered in minutes. Shipping was fast just 2 days (I am in NY) - I will be a customer for life. I have a full cart ready to order again.”

“Wow! I was a little skeptical at first so I only ordered 2 jars. I was blown away by the Roast Hot Chili sauce!! Unbelievably GREAT! I will certainly be ordering again! The customer service and shipping were also EXCELLENT!”

“I can’t say enough about The Fresh Chile Company! I received my first order last week and have used 3 of the 6 jars of various chilies I ordered. 20 years ago my husband and I honeymooned in Santa Fe and fell in love with Hatch Chile. We learned it was the soil that makes the chile so good. When I opened my first jar It was like being in Santa Fe again. I will be placing my second order today and will be signing up for the subscription delivery. Also going to order those gift packs for a few friends. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! “Great tasting chile sauce, both the red and green. I also purchased the posole kit, The instructions included with the kit made it very easy to prepare two quarts of the delicious stew. Just a side note about the chile sauces heat factor, if you’re used to eating Hatch chile, the “hot” is not very fiery, but if you’re new to the Hatch chile you may want to go with milder versions.”

“I've tried the Green and Red & Green sauces so far. I really like hot, but I bought medium for my family. I have to say that so far, the green is my favorite. Even for medium it has a decent level of heat (I typically eat habanero sauces). I can't wait to try the red and other products. Order now. Order a lot. You won't be disappointed.”
