“5+ so far... Shipping, packing and delivery were great! We've used the green in a few different dishes and LOVE them. The red will top some chicken baked burritos today and my expectations are high, don't think we'll be disappointed.”

“I moved to Virginia from New Mexico twelve years ago, and I have missed Hatch chile SO MUCH. I'm so glad to have found Fresh Chile Co.! I appreciate the way the jars were packed, and the recipes are great (do you have one for carne adovada? Please?). Again, thank you so much. I'll be buying again!”

“I saw this advertised on Instagram because I follow a lot of food-type things and it simply looked good to me. I bought the Red extra Hot Chile sauce and just tried it on an omelet. Oh. My. God.....it is sooooo good! I can't wait to order some other types. So, so good!”

“This is the best green chili product I have ever had from a jar. Super fresh tasting and no doctoring up with other things. It is Extremely authentic! Great job in doing it natural and allowing the end user to play with spices and herbs for dish/recipe preparation. I purchased the “Hot” and it was exactly that.....Hot!! Probably not for people who don’t like the heat. We love it!”

“I love your products and have ordered twice, but this last time a jar broke in shipping and when I sent an email telling you that I was informed that the best you could do for me was offer me a discount on my next order. That part is why I'm only giving you a 3 star. You should give me a refund on the product or send me a replacement if you want a 5 star review.”
