“This chile is awesome! It is so nice that I can order this. Since I am not in NM anymore it is nice to have a piece of home shipped to me with such amazing flavor it tastes like home. I will continue to purchase from here. Lifetime customer! If you haven't tried it or on the fence about it, I am here to tell you that this is a MUST! You won't regret it! Order some for yourself. It is versatile from enchiladas to stew to posole omg so great!”

“Purchased a five pound bag of the frozen Hatch Chiles after returning from a vacation trip to southern NM. We’re usually in Ann during the harvest time and I pick up fresh chiles. The frozen arrived shortly after we returned home and we immediately cooked up a batch of Green Chile sauce. Flavor was great! Starting to bring out all of the grrrn Chile recipes. Thanks for the great flavors and great service.”

“I purchased the 4# bulk bag of medium dried chilies. Should last me a couple of years if I don't give a portion away. I place 8-12 under a broiler to bring out the earthly aroma. Stem and seed, 3 cups of H2o, 1 medium quartered broiled onion, 6 cloves garlic, simmer for 30-45 min. Blend to a Purie. Base used for other sauces. Other ingredients added, tomatillos, other peppers, tomatoes. Great chili,mole base. Love this product. Mike, WA. STATE.”
