“have sent your chile to three different family members and each one has stated, that your chile is some of the best they have had in a very long time..Plus from placing the order to them receiving the product was flawless, easy and I have nothing but great things to say about your company...A true gem for New Mexico. I am recommending your chile to anyone who asks...thank you..”

“My wife and I especially like that "cumin" and "cilantro" is not included in your products!! We love your products, including the perfect combination of salt and garlic!! You are a little pricy, so we use it "sparingly"!! William Harrell”
