“Quick shipment allowed for me to tryout these delicious products. Esp love the Papas salsa, it’s chunky and full of chiles. MAMA’S salsa also is very tasty. I’d drink it if I could!”

“The texture the contents all the real deal . I think this salsa clearly is to mild I did add my own heat and a few things to bring out the flavor of all the top ingredients. You should warn people that there is zero heat in this !”

“I fell in love with hatch chili's years ago while elk hunting and earing in resturants serving them. So glad I can buy them in a Jar they are so good. I love scrambled eggs with cheese and hot hatch chili's. One of my favorite and so easy when you can get them in a jar ready to use. Love this place.”

“The green chile is our favorite. The taste of freshness in it's contents is evident that the owner's really care about their product and what their customers wants are. It is like getting fresh, chopped chilis without the hastle of roasting and skinning them yourself.”
