“Love the product! Shipping took a long time because the product wasn't ready. I think you letting customers know you are out of stock and delivery will be delayed at the time the order is placed, will help to manage customer expectations.”

“I have been a fan of Fresh Chili for some time. This Christmas I decided to use Fresh Chili multi-packs as gifts for family. The response was, as expected, very appreciative and grateful for such a useful and delicious gift. The gifts arrived at their destination about 2 weeks before Christmas, and in both instances were, for the most part, consumed prior to Christmas. Everyone reported as merry and tasty Christmas. Thank you Fresh Chili for making Christmas shopping so easy.”

“First we like to say we love all of the Fresh Chile Company products. Haven't been able to decide which is our favorite. Over the Christmas Holidays I place 9 orders to be shipped from here to all across Texas and Arizona. One of my orders (#84659) never made it to its destination. I have sent an email to you twice with this information and have NEVER heard back from anyone. Although I am a little annoyed we will continue to buy from you.”
